危机何在?

全球变暖与环境变化可能导致人类及自然栖息地发生永久退化。应对气候威胁是人类共同的责任, 大型企业亦有各自的职责与担当。“欧莱雅,为明天”项目体现了品牌企业责任两大维度的互补 : 一是向可持续商业模式逐步转型,二是为解决社会和环境问题提供助益。
2015 年巴黎联合国气候变化大会 (COP21),欧莱雅集团是首批加入科学碳目标倡议 (Science- Based Targets initiative) 的百家企业之一,该倡议鼓励企业将自身脱碳规划与《巴黎协定》(Paris Agreement) 的目标保持同步,即致力控制温室气体排放,以期将全球气温升幅限制在1.5℃ 以内。作为欧莱雅集团的重要品牌,巴黎欧莱雅也为达到这些目标做出了直接贡献。

作为全球领导品牌,我们能够发挥哪些作用?

基于欧莱雅集团的战略目标,巴黎欧莱雅制定了十年计划 (2020-2030),这一宏大目标与女性赋能及科技驱动的坚定信念充分结合。我们致力于推动该计划合理可持续地进行,使其惠及所有人,重点关注企业、社会及环境问题。我们的行动基于可持续发展的三大核心要素 :

  • 经济 :我们通过系统的生态设计方案,借由改进产品的整个生命周期来改善对环境的影响 ;
  • 环境 :我们致力于在 2030 年将在售产品的碳足迹减半,同时支持致力于环保项目的女性企业家 ;
  • 社会 :我们发起“她守护”项目,旨在传递“如何预防、判断和处理性骚扰”的相关内容,为所有女性赋能。
